As a psychologist-psychotherapist, I work with people facing anxiety, depression, professional burnout, and relationship difficulties, offering a safe and steady therapeutic framework.

Individual psychotherapy is offered in a framework that emphasises safety, choice, and practical progress. Sessions take place in person in Agrinio or online, in Greek and English.
